Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or orders more particularly in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent officials in threatening to demolish the structures raised in premises bearing plot No.23, in Sy.No.66/6, situated at Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as arbitrary, illegal, and consequently declare the notices issued by the Respondent officials as null and void and not binding on the petitioner.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated 11-4-2011 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Nyayapathi Prashant, Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Nagesh Bhimapaka, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
S r i Nagesh Bhimapaka, Learned Standing Counsel for the GHMC requests a week’s time to file counter-affidavit.
Post on 10.06.2014 in the Motion List.
In case no counter-affidavit is filed by then, the respondent shall be personally present in Court on 10.06.2014 at 10.30 A.M.
Sri Nagesh Bhimapaka, Learned Standing Counsel is present in Court and undertakes to inform the respondent of his obligations under this order.
