ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 11 in not approving the candidates recruited by the petitioners as Shift Operators of 33/11 KV Sub-Stations of Srinivasapurm, Kondur, Venkatasettipalli, Narsapuram, Kamalakuru, Lower Sagileru, T.Chowdhari Vari Palle, B.Koduru, Amagham Palli, D.Agraharam as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 11 to approve the candidates recruited by the petitioners as Shift Operators of the aforesaid 33/11 K sub-stations.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 26.06.2014 passed by the single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.17473 of 2014.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. Respondents Nos.2 & 3 are directed to approve candidates recruited by the petitioners as per list sent by them on 28.02.2014 & 05.03.2014 for maintenance of 33/11 KV sub-stations of Sriniasapuram, Kondur, Venkatasetti Palli, Narsapuram, Kamalakuru, Lower Sagileru, T- Chowdharivaripalle, B-Koduru, Amaghampalli, D-Agraharam as per the terms and conditions. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
