This petition is filed to quash Crime No.302 of 2011 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District for the offence under Section 420 I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. On 17-4-2014, when this matter is listed, learned Public Prosecutor was instructed to get instructions as to the stage of investigation.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Sub- Inspector of Police, Madhapur filed Final Report on 30-1- 2013 referring the case as a civil nature, and in view of the Final Report filed by police, this Criminal Petition has become infructious.
5. Recording the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
6. As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
