This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 591 of 2012 of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad, for offences under section 465, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation, referred the case as ‘lack of evidence’ and filed ‘final report’ on 22/01/2013.
