JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though the Writ Petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the larger relief of regularisation in service, with all promotion and monetary benefits, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents, to dispose of his representation dated 19.03.2012, within a stipulated time.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of, within a period of three months.
3. Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2012 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the result to the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
