ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to take recourse to the alternative remedy prescribed under Section 11 of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the liberty as prayed for.
