This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.37 of 2015 from the file of the fifth respondent to any other independent Investigating Officer in the rank of D.S.P. or any other independent Investigation Agency and also for a direction to file Final Report before the Principal Sessions Court, Erode in P.R.C.No.06/2015 in Crime No.37 of 2015 within a stipulated time frame.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has submitted that charge sheet came to be filed on the file of the Principal District Judge, Erode and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C. No.6 of 2015.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
