JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38377 of 2014 Dated: 12.12.2014 Between:

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue writ of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction declaring the action of 3rd respondent in suspending petitioner authorization vide orders dt.1.9.2014 without proper appreciation of records as illegal and contrary to provisions of A.P. State Public Distribution System Control Order, 2001 and further set aside the same as it is arbitrary, unconstitutional and pass such order or orders as the Hon’ble court feels fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Mrs. Addula Triveni, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings and material.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48013 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
