ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing Roc.No.B/10269/2014, dated 26.11.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that by an order passed today, respondent No.2 has restored the petitioner’s authorisation.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48151 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
