This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.124 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapur.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is represented by the Advocate for the petitioners that the said PRC is converted into Sessions Case and that the petitioners may be permitted to challenge the Sessions Case.
4. Recording the representation of the Advocate for petitioners, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the Sessions Case.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
