V.SHIVARERDDY, HCGP) …RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO ISSUE DIRECTION TO THE RESPONDENTS TO GIVE REGISTER PARTITION DEED DATED 20.08.2008 STORED AS DOCUMENT NO.P1727/2008-08 IN THE OFFICE OF THE R-3 PRODUCED AS ANNEXURE-F;
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Mrs. Vijetha R.Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia is seeking the following reliefs:
“a. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the respondents to give register the partition deed dated 20.08.2008 stored as document No.P1727/2008-08 in the office of the respondent No.3 produced as Annexure-F.
b. Issue a writ order or direction to the respondents to give effect to the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.11.2008 produced as Annexure-G.
c. Pass such other orders/directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem it fit and proper considering the fats and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has submitted her representation dated 28.11.2018 and respondent No.3 be directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
4. On the other hand, learned High Court Government Pleader for respondents submitted that suitable action in accordance with law shall be taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, in the light of the order made by a Bench of this Court in W.P.No.24987/2018 dated 15.06.2018 and with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 28.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
