When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, submitted that the prayer of the petitioners to include their names as victims in R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM Crime No.550 of 2014 on the file of the respondent has been met with and hence the matter in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
