Even though the petitioner has filed counters, the Court below has not disposed of the injunction applications. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner/landlord is before this Court with these Civil Revision Petitions.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the VIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the interlocutory applications within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
