None appeared for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the petitioner expired in the year 2010 itself and no steps were taken. He also submits that possession of the premises was taken over by him pursuant to the execution proceedings made in pursuance of a decree for eviction.
In the circumstances nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
