This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order passed by respondent No.2 vide Rc.K13/ATP/829/2014, dated 22.11.2014, whereby he has rejected the stay application filed by the petitioner in the appeal filed against the proceeding issued by respondent No.3 in D.Dis.D1CS/5209/2014, dated 20.10.2014, suspending the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court the proceeding in Rc.No.D1CS/9652/2014, dated 05-12-2014, whereby respondent No.3 has restored the petitioner’s authorization with a direction to respondent No.4 to allot the essential commodities to his fair price shop for distribution to the cardholders.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3 by revoking his earlier order, dated 20-10-2014, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47069 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
