Order:
The limited grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is regarding the non-supply of the stocks of essential commodities for the month of November, 2014, by respondent Nos.2 and 3 for distribution to the card holders of fair price shop No.6, Enumalapalli Village, Puttaparthi Mandal, Ananthapur District, though her authorization in respect thereof is subsisting.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions from the respondents, submitted that respondent No.2 has received the Demand Drafts submitted by the petitioner for supply of the stocks of essential Commodities, for the month of November, 2014, to her fair price shop for distribution to the card holders. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has also undertaken that respondent No.2 will release the stocks to the petitioner’s fair price shop from the month of November, 2014, so long as her authorization remains valid and subsisting.
In view of the above undertaking given by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of by administering a caution to respondent No.2 not to withhold the stocks so long as the petitioner’s authorization remains in force.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.44174 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
