ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.46 of Garladinne Village, H/o. Madhavaram Village, Peapully Mandal, Kurnool District, basing on the report, which was submitted by the 4th respondent without there being any inspection of the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice, and consequently set aside the same.”
After arguing the case, Mr. K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings and material in support thereof.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45506 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
