JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Hon’ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy Writ Petition No.38272 of 2014 Dated 12.12.2014 Between:
P.Karthik Reddy And The State of A.P., rep. by its Prl.Secretary Civil Supplies Dept., Hyderabad and 3 others.
…Petitioner …Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr.K.V.Raghuveer Counsel for the respondents: GP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:
Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the order in RC.B.922/2014, dated 30-09-2014, passed by respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.46 of Garladinne, Madhavaram Village of Peapully Mandal, pending enquiry.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) placed before the Court, the proceeding in Rc.B.922/2014, dated 10-12-2014, whereby respondent No.3 has restored the petitioner’s authorization on the ground that before passing the impugned order of suspension, no preliminary enquiry was conducted on the report submitted by respondent No.4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that respondent No.3 has, on being convinced that the charges framed against the petitioner are too frivolous to warrant any disciplinary action against him, decided to drop all further action based on those charges.
In view of the above subsequent event, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.47897 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
