ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 21.06.2013, in Writ Petition No.8260 of 2013.
On 25.04.2014, the respondent, who was personally present in the Court, has handed over a document of title which was deposited in Vijaya Bank by the brother of the petitioner pertaining to 15 shops to Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, the learned counsel for the petitioner. As a grievance was made that the physical possession of the 15 shops was not handed over to the petitioner by the respondent, the case is adjourned to today.
Today, at the hearing, Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that on 26.04.2014, the respondent has handed over the physical possession of the 15 shops to the petitioner.
Sri V.V.Ramana, the learned counsel for the respondent, stated that the petitioner may be directed to give receipts in writing acknowledging the delivery of title deed as well as the physical possession of the 15 shops for record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his client will execute such receipts and hand over the same to the respondent within one week from today. In view of the implementation of order, dated 21.06.2013, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8260 of 2013 in all respects, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
