When this Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 08.12.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today. Even today also, none appeared for the petitioner nor is made representation made on his behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no other alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
