The writ petition has been filed against the order of suspension passed on the petitioner.
2. However, it is represented that during the pendency of the writ petition, the suspension order has been revoked and the petitioner was also reinstated in service and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition before this Court as on today.
3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
