After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, who appeared before us, we close this petition by the following order:
It appears that the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation entered into an agreement of sale in respect of plot of land in favour of the 10th respondent followed by a deed of conveyance. The agreement of sale was also preceded by a letter of allotment. It is alleged that the 10th respondent in breach of the terms and conditions of the letter of allotment, which have also been incorporated into the deed of conveyance is carrying out construction works.
Under these circumstances, we think that it is for the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, which is now responsible in view of the bifurcation of the State to look into the complaint, if so tenable under the law.
The Public interest Litigation is accordingly closed.
Pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
