This appeal was filed challenging the decree in a partition suit. The death of the first appellant was reported in 2010. Even after four years, no steps have taken to implead the legal representatives of the first appellant. Since the suit is for partition, the appeal cannot be proceeded with in the absence of the legal representatives of the first appellant.

The appeal abated. The appeal is closed.
