The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Petition with a liberty to challenge the same by filing writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority.
