ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue Writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioners digging operations of fish tanks in the land to an extent of Ac.44.12 cents covered in Sy.Nos.29, 30, 31, 34, 37, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners digging operations of fish tanks in the land to an extent of Ac.44.12 cents covered by the above mentioned survey numbers situated at Pamulaparru Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District except under due process of law.”
At the hearing, Sri Ravinder Rao, learned counsel, representing Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 30.10.2014, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 16.09.2013, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.30600 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
