ORDER The petitioner has preferred a memo praying that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and approach the Competent Authority for review of the order of suspension in view of the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court in (2015) 7 SCC 291.
Reserving such liberty, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
