This petition is filed to quash F.I.R.No.79 of 2012 of Pamidi Police Station, Anantapur District, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 408 and 420 I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police after completing investigation referred the case as civil nature in the year 2012 itself as per the information received from Sub-Inspector of Police through letter dated 19-11-2012.
Since police referred the case as civil nature, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
