JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed by the Accused seeking to quash the Complaint in PRC No.94/2009 on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., gr.
2. When the Criminal Original Petition is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners do not want to pursue the Criminal Original Petition and they have expressed their willingness to withdraw the petition. The first petitioner has also filed an affidavit seeking to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. The affidavit filed by the first petitioner is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement as well as representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, and in view of the affidavit filed by the first petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
