ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying Tuition Fees, Mess charges, Examination fee, Special fee etc., to the petitioner for the year 2011-12 onwards by duly accepting petitioner’s application as highly illegal, arbitrary and unjust …”
At the hearing, Sri D.V. Nagarjuna Babu, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has invited the attention of this Court to order dated 7-12-2011 in W.P.No.23394/2011 & Batch wherein this Court has allowed the Writ Petitions by holding that so long as the petitioners’ community certificates are allowed to be in force, they cannot be denied the benefit of fee reimbursement in terms of various Government Orders, the existence of which was not in dispute. As the petitioner is also similarly placed as that of the petitioners in the said batch of writ petitions, she is also entitled to the same relief as granted in the said order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of order dated 7-12-2011 in W.P.No.23394/2011 & Batch.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.37058/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
