Pursuant to the pendency of the Writ Petition, the respondent Corporation has passed final order in Paa.No.2789/D6/611/Sattam/TNSTC/EeMa/2010, dated 04.12.2014.
Therefore, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to agitate before the appropriate forum challenging the said final orders passed by the respondent Corporation, if permissible under law.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
