This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 11-09-2013, in WP.No.26431 of 2013, by the respondent.
Today, at the hearing, Mr.Mrigendra Sanghi, learned Counsel representing Mr.TCD.Sekhar, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court. In view of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the Contempt proceedings.
