Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus direction calling for the records relating to the detention order Memo No.879/BCDFGISSSV/2016, dated 10.08.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent to Produce the Petitioner's husband Paleeswaran S/o. Devaraj aged about years the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court.

NAGAMUTHU,J.,) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the detention order has been revoked by the Government. The said statement is recorded.

Accordingly the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
