Even today, when the case is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
