O R D E R:
MS. Shobha, learned counsel representing Mr.V. Jagapathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the cause in this writ petition has become infructuous, as the State of Andhra Pradesh has rejected the proposals put forth by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for regularizing the services of the petitioners. She seeks leave to permit the petitioners to institute independent proceedings in accordance with law as regards the subsequent cause of action which arose upon the rejection of the proposals by the State.
Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous subject to the liberty aforestated. Interim order dated 03.04.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
