This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent No.4 has not been issuing release orders in favour of the petitioner.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) representing the respondents, placed before the Court Release Order, dated 26-11-2014, issued in favour of the petitioner for supply of essential commodities for the month of December, 2014.
In view of the remedial measures taken by respondent No.4, the grievance, with which the petitioner filed this Writ Petition, stands redressed.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.46171 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
