O R D E R Plaintiff in O.S.No.5383/2013 on the file of the XLIV Additional City Civil & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, has come up in this Writ Petition impugning the order dated 13.01.2014 in allowing I.A.No.2 filed by Smt.Kamakshi and permitting her to come on record as defendant No.4 in the said suit.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the original proceedings in O.S.No.5383/2013 is looked into in the e-courts website of Bengaluru District. On going through the same, it is seen that O.S.No.5383/2013 has already been disposed of by judgment dated 08.08.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
