THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Smt.Bindu.U, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the exparte order dated 20.05.2019 passed by the Family Court at Bengaluru.
4. After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be granted liberty to file an application seeking vacation/modification of the ad-interim order dated 20.05.2019 passed by the Family Court at Bengaluru.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case petitioner files an application seeking vacation/modification of the ad-interim order dated 20.05.2019, the aforesaid application shall be decided by the Family Court expeditiously after hearing the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
