When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.10.2014, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption ‘For Orders’. To day, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘For Orders’, none appeared for the petitioner nor representation is made on his behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
