JUDGMENT / ORDER

When these Criminal Original Petitions were taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the orders under challenge herein are non-speaking orders and the same have been passed by the Trial Court without adducing any proper reasons. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioners prayed for quashing those orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. The records and the impugned orders have been perused by this Court.
3. As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the orders challenged herein, have been passed without adducing any proper reasons as regards the submissions made by the counsel on either side, as to the merits of the case. For this reason alone, it would be appropriate to set aside the orders impugned and remand back the matter to the Trial Court.
4. Accordingly, the impugned orders are quashed and the matter is remanded back to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.III), Saidapet, Chennai for passing appropriate detailed orders, after hearing both the sides.
5. The Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
