JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32106 of 2014 Dated: 28.10.2014 Between:
P. Babu .. Petitioner and Government of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent dt.6-9-2014 bearing Rc.B.No.805/2014 suspending authorization of the petitioner herein without issuing any notice and without conducting enquiry, as being illegal, arbitrary and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Mr. J. Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition with proper relief.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.40142 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
