This Crl.R.P is filed U/S 397 R/W Section 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A. No.95/2018 on the file of the 1st Additional District and Session Judge, Madikeri, Kodagu and also set aside the order passed in C.C. No.784/2016 dated 14.11.2018 on the file of the Prl.Civil Judge and JMFC, Madikeri, Kodagu and acquit the petitioner for the offence p/u/s 138 of the N.I.Act.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused has filed a memo reporting that the matter has been settled between the parties out of the Court. Hence, he seeks to withdraw the petition as not pressed.
