ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings in Rc.No.2400/2014 C, dated 14-10-2014 of respondent No.3 whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, respondent No.3 has been personally present in pursuance of the notice issued by this Court. He has placed before the Court proceedings No.2400/2014C, dated 5-11-2014 whereby he has restored the petitioner’s authorisation by revoking the impugned suspension order.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the said respondent not to proceed further against the petitioner in pursuance of the charges contained in the suspension/show cause notice.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.39641 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
