O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the 2nd respondent to grant permission as per his petition dated 25.11.2013.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition to grant permission to hold demonstration near Valluvar Kottam, on 14.12.2013, has now become infructuous.
3. As the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has now become infructuous, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
