This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.95 of 2015, pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.
2. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Execution Petition, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Civil Revision Petition.
3. From a perusal of the adjudication in E.P.No.95 of 2015, it is noted that the matter is pending for clarification from 04.11.2016. The order is yet to be pronounced.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.95 of 2015 in Arbitration Award No.163 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
