Subramanya, HCGP for R-2 and R-3) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the order dated 10.05.2010 passed in case No.DRK/3293/99-2000, on the file of the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kolar Division, Kolar, Annexure-C and the order dated 15.12.2011 passed in appeal No.382/2010, on the file of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru, Annexure-D etc.
These Writ Petitions are coming on for preliminary hearing - B group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioners herein have filed a memo bringing to the notice of this Court that they have entered into a settlement with first respondent-Society under One Time Settlement Scheme and paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards the amount due which is said to have been accepted by the first respondent-Society.
Hence, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions as they have become infructuous.
