PRAYER (in C.R.P.(NPD) (MD) No.870 of 2006): Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the fair and final order dated 08.03.2006 made in I.A. No.26 of 2003 in R.C.A. No.3 of 2002 on the file of Appellate Authority cum Principal Sub-Judge, Dindigul against the fair and final order dated 12.02.2002 made in R.C.O.P. No.21 of 2000 on the file of the Rent Control Authority cum Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.
PRAYER (in C.R.P.(NPD) (MD) No.871 of 2006): Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960, to set aside the fair and final order made in R.C.A.No.3 of 2002, on the file of the Appellate Authority-cum-Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul, dated 08.03.2006, reversing the fair and final order in R.C.O.P.No.26 of 2000, on the file of the Rent Control Authority-cum-Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul, dated 12.02.2002.
It is represented by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that both the civil revision petitions have been preferred by the tenant as against the orders passed in the Rent Control Proceedings initiated against him and it is further submitted that the revision petitioner / tenant has already vacated the premises and hence, the civil revision petitions have become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In the light of the above position, both civil revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
