Challenging the order dated 29.12.2010 passed by the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate in M.P.No.6060 of 2010 in CC No.4255/2010, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the complainant.

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner/complainant, however, learned counsel for the respondents/accused submitted that the parties have withdrawn the case before the lower court itself. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
