In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of paragraph Nos. 6(A) and 6(B). Registry to transfer the amount deposited by the applicant-Company to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ( Main), Sabarkantha @ Himmatnagar along with interest if any accrued on the amount. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
