1. The present applicant has prayed to modify the order dated 27.02.2012 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 1789 of 2002 in view of the rectification made by the Tribunal as stated in Annexure 'I'.
2. Heard.
The judgement and order dated 27.02.2012 is passed by this Court on the basis of the records available along with the first appeal. The said rectification was not pointed out at the time of final hearing of the appeal by either of the sides. However, learned advocate for the applicant has stated that subsequent rectification in the impugned judgement and award was made vide Ex. 97.
3. In that view of the matter, learned advocate for the applicant shall produce on record Ex. 97 and shall prefer appropriate application for recalling the order in First Appeal on the basis of Ex. 97 as well as seek permission to produce on record the modified decree and pray for appropriate order of modification. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
