Oriental vs Sureshbhai

Mr Tejas Satta, learned counsel for the respondents Nos.1 and 6 states that he has filed the cross objections, but the same are not listed along with this first appeal. Office to verify the said aspect and to list the same along with this first appeal. If the cross objections are not found, then, Mr Satta is allowed to reconstruct the same subject to payment of court fee.
